What This Means:
The SIM card (which connects you to the mobile network) is not working properly.
Step-by-Step:
Turn off the hotspot.

Remove the SIM card
Open the back cover and gently remove the SIM.
Be careful not to damage it.

Wipe the SIM card
Use a soft cloth or tissue to gently wipe the gold part (don’t use water).

Reinsert the SIM card
Place it back in the exact same way it came out (with the carrier's logo facing up).
Close the back and turn on the device.
Still not working?
