What This Means:
You want to connect a new device but don’t remember the password.

Check the hotspot screen
Most hotspots show the network name and password on the screen.
You may need to press a button like Menu or Info to see it. On Jextream hotspots, the middle button will turn the screen on.

Look on the device label
Turn the device over or remove the battery cover (if possible).
Look for a sticker that says SSID (Wi-Fi name) and Password.

Reset to factory settings
Find a small hole on the back or side labeled Reset.
Use a paperclip or pin to press inside and hold for 10–15 seconds.
The hotspot will reset to its original password (written on the sticker).
