What This Means:
You press the power button, but nothing happens. The screen stays black.
Step-by-Step:

Charge the hotspot
Plug the charging cable into the hotspot and a wall outlet.
Let it charge for at least 30 minutes before trying again.
Look for a small battery or charging icon to confirm it’s charging.

Try a different charger
Sometimes the cable or charging brick is faulty.
Try using a phone charger with the same type of plug (usually USB-C or micro-USB).

Check for physical damage
Look for cracks, a swollen battery, or a loose charging port.
If you see anything odd, do not try to turn it on; contact Campus Tech Support via Campuswire.
IMPORTANT! If the power button will not start your Jextream, please open the battery cover, take out the battery and re-install the battery after 5 seconds. Put the battery cover back and turn on the hotspot by pressing the power button.
