When websites start acting weird (like not loading properly, showing old info, or giving login problems), clearing your cache and cookies can help fix it.
⚠️ Don’t worry! This process is safe and will NOT delete your schoolwork, documents, or saved files.
Why Clear Cache and Cookies?
You should clear cache and cookies if:

- You see old versions of a page
- Your Chromebook is acting slow when using the internet
Before You Begin

- Save any work or tabs you’re using — some websites may log you out afterward
Step 1: Open Google Chrome
