Franklin T10 Hotspot Keeps Restarting or Freezing

What This Means:

The screen randomly turns off and back on, or it becomes stuck.

Try This:

Step 1: Charge fully

• A low battery can cause restarts. Let it charge for 1 hour.

Step 2: Cool it down

• If it feels hot, turn it off and let it sit in a cool, shaded area for 15–20 minutes.

Step 3: Factory reset

• Find the RESET hole on the device.

• Use a paperclip to press and hold it for 15 seconds.

• This wipes it clean and restores factory settings (original password and settings).
