Can’t Remember the Wi-Fi Password to Franklin T10 Hotspot

What This Means:

You’re trying to connect a device to your Hotspot, but forgot the password.

Try This:

Step 1: Check the screen

• Wake the screen by tapping the power button once.
• Scroll using the Navigation button (a small circle or arrow next to the power button).
• Look for:
  • Wi-Fi Name (SSID)
  • Password (Key)

Step 2: Reset the password

• If it’s been changed and you forgot it, reset the hotspot:
  • On the side of the device, find a tiny hole labeled RESET.
  • Use a paperclip to press inside and hold for 10–15 seconds.
  • It will restart and return to its original settings.
