What This Means:
You’re trying to connect a device to your Hotspot, but forgot the password.
Try This:
Step 1: Check the screen
- Wake the screen by tapping the power button once.
- Scroll using the Navigation button (a small circle or arrow next to the power button).
- Look for:
- Wi-Fi Name (SSID)
- Password (Key)

Step 2: Reset the password
- If it’s been changed and you forgot it, reset the hotspot:
- On the side of the device, find a tiny hole labeled RESET.
- Use a paperclip to press inside and hold for 10–15 seconds.
- It will restart and return to its original settings.
