What This Means:
You press the power button, but the screen stays off.
Try This:
Step 1: Charge the device
Plug the hotspot into a wall using the charging cable and adapter that came with it.
Let it charge for at least 30 minutes.
Watch for a charging icon or battery symbol on the screen.
Step 2: Try another charger
If nothing shows up, try using:
A different USB-C cable.
A different power adapter (like a phone charger).
Step 3: Look for damage
Does the charging port feel loose or bent?
Is the device hot or swollen?
If yes, stop charging it immediately and contact your Campus's Student Technology Support (STS)
