What This Means:
You can browse the internet, but it's extremely slow. Videos buffer, and pages load slowly.
Try This:
Step 1: Move the hotspot
Put the hotspot in a more open area:
Near a window.
Away from other electronics or metal objects.
Avoid walls and corners.
Step 2: Reduce the number of connected devices
Go to the hotspot screen → it may say how many devices are connected.
Ask others to disconnect if not in use.
One device is best for a stable speed.
Step 3: Restart to clear memory
Hold the power button until the screen goes black.
Wait a few seconds.
Power it back on.
Step 4: Check data usage
You might have hit a data cap. Speeds slow down automatically when that happens.
If your plan is out of data, you may still connect to Wi-Fi, but the internet won’t load.
