Forgot the Wi-Fi Password for you Inseego Hotspot

What’s Happening:

You’re trying to connect a new device, but don’t know the hotspot password.

Where to Find It:

• On the hotspot screen
• On the sticker under the battery
• On the box it came in

Step-by-Step Fix:

Step 1: View the Password on the Screen

1. Wake up the screen by pressing the power button.
2. Use the navigation buttons to scroll through the menu.
3. Look for:
   • Wi-Fi Name (SSID)
   • Password or Key (sometimes shown as WPA2 Key)

Step 2: Reset the Password (Factory Reset)

1. Use a paperclip to press and hold the Reset hole.
2. Hold it for 15 seconds until it restarts.
3. It will return to the original password found on the sticker or box.
