If you purchased a device such as a laptop or internet hotspot second-hand and found it locked due to enrollment with Campus's mobile device management (MDM) it is important to know that this device is currently the property of CampusGroup. The sale of one of these devices represents an unauthorized transfer by the seller against our terms and conditions. Campus does not remove device management for unapproved use, and these devices remain property of Campus.
Campus enrolls technology devices in a management programs for security and administration purposes. These programs may restrict access and lock certain features to align with our institutional use policies. This lock remains in place until a student graduates from Campus, as the device is property of Campus.
If you would like to return the device to Campus, please email us at IT@campus.edu, and we are happy to send you a pre-paid return label.
