- You will need to obtain a police report of the incident right away to document what happened.
- Please reach out to us at it@campus.edu or through the online chat once you have the police report.
- Once we receive a copy of your police report, our team will order you a replacement device.
- Our shipping warehouse will ship out your device as soon as possible, with tracking information so that you can follow the delivery.
Once you receive your device, it will be fully set up and ready to login to Campus.
