How to Access Your Campus.edu Email
Get started with your new Campus.edu account in just a few steps.
Your Campus email is powered by Gmail, which means it’s a full Google account. With it, you’ll have access to Gmail and all Google apps, including Docs, Slides, and Sheets, which you’ll use for classwork. Your Campus email also serves as the login for your Campus-provided Chromebook.
Note: If you have a Windows laptop, setup is a little different — it does not use your Campus email for login. Click here for help setting up your Windows laptop.
Email Format Example:
Campus email addresses follow the format [first initial][last name]@my.campus.edu.
For example: John Smith → jsmith@my.campus.edu
Some students with the same name may have numbers added (e.g., jsmith2@my.campus.edu), so be sure to check your exact address in the invitation email.
Follow these steps to set up and start using your Campus.edu email account:
1. Check your personal email for an invitation similar to the example below.
2. Click the blue “Sign Into...” button in that email.
3. When the new page opens, sign in using the Username and Password provided in the message.
4. Create a new password and store it somewhere secure.
5. You’re all set! Check your inbox daily for important updates.

When will I get the invitation?
You’ll receive your Campus.edu email invitation shortly after you’re admitted to Campus.
What should I do with this email?
Use it to access your Campus.edu account! This email is your login for your Campus-issued laptop, your main communication channel with staff and faculty, and your access point for Google tools — including Drive, Docs, Slides, Calendar, and more.
What if I forget my password?
