Schedule a meeting with your Student Success Coach in Campuswire. This guide shows how to find the coaching page, pick a time, and confirm your meeting.
1. Open the Portal
On the left side panel, select the Portal icon.

2. Open “Student Success Coaching”
Under Portal resources, click Student Success Coaching.

3. Select “Schedule a meeting”
On the coaching page, choose Schedule a meeting and select the meeting category, shown below.

4. Pick a date & time
Select an available time slot that works for you.

5. Add a message (optional) & confirm
Briefly describe what you’d like to discuss (optional), then click Confirm.

6. Check your confirmation
- You’ll receive an email with the meeting details and join link (if virtual).
- Use the email’s reschedule/cancel link if your plans change.
- For quick questions, you can also DM your coach from the same page.
Troubleshooting
- No time slots? Try another date, or DM your coach to coordinate.
- Don’t see “Student Success Coaching”? Make sure you’re signed in and enrolled.
