1. At the bottom of the left side panel, click on your name or profile image to view your account settings.
3. Click “Settings” to open your account settings.
4. In the account settings modal, click the `Preferences` tab.
5. Find the `Live closed captions` option. Click the switch beside it to toggle the feature on.
6. Save your settings by clicking “Save changes”.
