How to join a class

Welcome to your step-by-step guide on how to join your class on Campuswire. We've broken it down into three easy-to-follow methods. 

Join from Home page

1. On the Campuswire homepage, check out the 'class meetings' section. This should be one of the first things you see, and it's where you'll find a list of your upcoming classes.

2. The classes are arranged from left to right in chronological order. You can easily see the progression of your day at a glance.

3. To join a particular class, just click on the 'join now' button that's associated with it. And just like that, you're in!

Join through Calendar event

1. Click on the `Calendar` tab in the left sidebar to view all of your scheduled classes. Your calendar will show all your classes for the day, week, or month, depending on the view you've chosen.

2. Click on the calendar event you wish to join. You’ll see a preview modal with more information about the class.

3. Click on the room you wish to join (i.e. #auditorium) under `Live rooms` to see a video preview screen.

4.  For public live rooms, click `Join with video` to enter the room. For private live rooms, click `Enter queue` and wait until the owner of the private live room lets you into the room.

Join via class > room

1. Enter your account on Campuswire and locate the left side panel.

2. In this panel, you'll find a circle icon containing an image. Click on the image to open a panel of other rooms. From these options, select the class you wish to join. You'll be redirected to that specific class' page.

3. Locate the hashtag (#) icon on the left side panel of the class page. This will redirect you to the different 'rooms' associated with your class.

5. If available, click on the #auditorium room to join the class.

And there you have it! You can now easily join your classes using the method that suits you best.
