During the Admissions process, some students may experience issues when attempting to access or load their required Enrollment Assessment in the Campuswire Portal. This article provides troubleshooting steps for students and includes internal notes for staff when an assessment has been accidentally removed from its Assessment Group.
For Students: Assessment Not Loading / Blank White Page
Common Symptoms
- The assessment page does not load
- The page displays only a blank white screen
- The student is stuck on a loading spinner
- Refreshing the browser does not help
These issues usually occur for one of two reasons:
- General loading or browser issues

(Most common) The assessment was accidentally removed from its Assessment Group by an admin — making it invisible to students and causing a blank page
Follow the steps below based on what you are experiencing.
Student Troubleshooting Steps
Step 1 — Refresh and try a different browser
If the page crashes or fails to load:
- Refresh the page
- Try Chrome, Firefox, or Safari
- Ensure your browser is up to date
- Disable ad-blockers or extensions temporarily
- Try using incognito/private browsing mode
If the issue continues, move to Step 2.
Step 2 — Log out and log back in
Sometimes the Campuswire session becomes stuck.
- Log out of the Campuswire Portal
2. Close your browser completely
3. Reopen it and log back in
4. Try accessing the assessment again
If the page still appears blank, continue to Step 3.
Step 3 — Confirm you are using the correct email
You must sign in using the email that your Admissions application was created with.
Using a personal email or a different Google account can cause loading errors or missing items.
If you are unsure which email to use, contact Admissions Support.
If You Still See a Blank White Page
If none of the above steps work, the most likely cause is:
The assessment has been accidentally removed from its Assessment Group on the admin side.
When this happens:
- Students cannot load the assessment
- The page appears blank
- No error message is shown
Please contact Admissions or IT Support and provide:
- Your full name Email used for login
- A screenshot of the blank screen
- The exact assessment you are trying to access
