**Q: What happens if I miss a payment?** 

A: Student Accounts will contact you. Missing 2–3 payments leads to a hold list or a schedule hold (though active mid-term schedules cannot be withheld).

  

**Q: What if I can only make partial payments on a plan?** 

A: Please message your Financial Aid Specialist to explore eligibility for institutional funding.

  

**Q: How do course retakes affect my  financial aid?** 

A: Financial Aid covers retakes for unpassed courses, but repeating too many times risks hitting Pell Grant lifetime limits or violating Satisfactory Academic Process policies. If retaking to improve a passed grade, Financial Aid covers it only once. (Note: VA benefits follow different rules).
